WORKOUTS DURING THE BREAK

This time of year we are  getting ready for a spring training.  To keep the kids in shape and to help them burn off some energy, we have put this page together.  The following is a list of workouts and activities that Kids can do while they are on break.   Some drills will require a parent or sibling to help.
